Chocolate Brownie Recipes

Brownies are a staple as an after-school treat or something to put in your child's or your husband's lunch box. But why not try taking it a step further?

Here's What We Mean
Basic chocolate brownies are great. There's no disputing that. But there are other kinds of chocolate brownie recipes that you might not have heard of. Or maybe you have and just thought it would be too hard. The thing is, most of them are easier than you might think. There are three basic types of brownies: chewy, cake-like and fudge brownies. But you can take these to a whole new level and make:

Turtle chocolate brownie recipes
Carmel chocolate brownie recipes
Peanut butter chocolate brownie recipes
Brownie cheesecake
Brownie sundaes
Banana split brownie pizza

We could go on and on, but you're likely to find most of these kinds of chocolate brownie recipes and more if you do a quick Internet search on "brownies" or "brownie recipes."

Do you have a favorite chocolate brownie recipe? Be creative and try new things with it:

Put coconut in the batter and make Coconut Chocolate Brownies
Add nuts to the batter (okay, not a new idea)
Frost them (another less-than-original idea, but still tasty)
Add miniature M&Ms
Frost them with coconut pecan frosting
Make cheesecake brownies
Invent a new trifle

Again, you're only limited by your creativity. Think about it long and hard and you might just come up with some new chocolate recipes of your own!
